Erica Miller

Erica Miller is an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist at The LiRo Group, having progressed through roles as Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator since March 2022. Prior to this, Erica worked as a Customer Service Representative at ALAN R. MOTT AGENCY, INC. from May 2021 to July 2022. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University Graduate School (2021-2022) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina (2017-2021). Additionally, Erica has international educational experience from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in early 2020 and completed secondary education at Elwood/John Glenn High School.
