Frank Pfister

Frank Pfister, P.E., CQA, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Director-Corporate Quality at The LiRo Group since 2014, Frank Pfister develops and maintains corporate project management standards while conducting audits to ensure compliance and project success. Previous roles include Resident Engineer at LiRo Engineers Inc. for the No. 7 Subway Line extension, Director Fleet, Shops and Yards Strategies at MTA Long Island Rail Road, and multiple leadership positions within the MTA, overseeing significant capital programs and operational strategies. Frank Pfister holds an MBA in Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Technology from the New York Institute of Technology, along with an Associate's degree in Automotive Technology from Farmingdale State College.
