Raymond Moran

Raymond Moran, P.E. CCM DBIA, is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and construction management, currently serving as Sr. Vice President and Design-Build Practice Lead at The LiRo Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Raymond held various senior positions at WSP USA, including Sr. Vice President and Deputy District Leader for Northeast PM/CM Services. With extensive experience in construction services management, Raymond spent over two decades at WSP in multiple capacities, including Area Manager for NY/NJ and Vice President/Area Manager for Construction Services. Additionally, Raymond contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at NYU from 2007 to 2019. Raymond's educational background includes a Doctoral degree in Civil Engineering, an MS in Civil Engineering, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, all from Columbia University.
