Sheena Salvino

Sheena Salvino is a seasoned professional in program and construction management with extensive experience in community development and urban planning. Currently serving as Program & Construction Manager at The LiRo Group since February 2024, Sheena previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal, connecting local governments with CDBG Economic Development grants to foster small business growth in New York State. Prior roles include Redevelopment Manager at Pasadena Economic Development Corporation, where Sheena developed programs promoting equity and transparency, and Executive Director at both Hudson Development Corporation and Hudson Community Development & Planning Agency, advocating for creative economic growth and managing significant housing and infrastructure projects.
