Ankur Kayesth

Ankur Kayesth is an experienced marketing and community leader currently serving as Community Director at Recruitment Route and Adjunct Faculty at The LIT School. Previously, Ankur held the position of Fractional CMO as an Independent Consultant, assisting various brands in HRTech, EdTech, and PropTech. As a founding team member at Masai, Ankur scaled the Marketing, Community, and Partnerships departments while driving revenue growth from inception. Ankur's career includes significant roles such as SVP Management at Blue Vector, where strategic direction and internal initiatives were implemented, and Associate Vice President at NFX Digital Pvt Ltd, leading product marketing and user engagement. Ankur also has a strong background in sales and marketing through positions at Continuum Hospitality and Bril, complemented by consultancy experience at Carnegie Mellon University and Hughes Communications India. Ankur holds an MS in Information Security Technology & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University.
