Program Liaison at The Literacy Project

Théa Kerekes is an experienced program liaison and marketing professional with a strong background in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Program Liaison at The Literacy Project, Théa facilitates literacy programs in Philadelphia Elementary Schools and leads strategic partnership initiatives. Previously, as VP of Marketing for Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence, Théa developed recruitment strategies and mentored a local student. Additionally, experience includes a Disaster Recovery Internship at Good360, project management for photography exhibitions at the University of Pennsylvania, and founding the Philadelphia branch of Helping the Hungry Virtually during the COVID pandemic. Théa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and has actively contributed to various educational and philanthropic efforts.
