Anna Castledine has had a varied and successful career in the hospitality industry. Anna began their career in 2007 as a Resort Coordinator for VIP SKI, where they were responsible for establishing and nurturing links with suppliers for the 5 large chalets, as well as ensuring the high hygiene and catering standards of the company were met by the staff. Anna was later promoted to Resort Manager, where they successfully managed the winter season operation in Meribel, overseeing a property portfolio including a club hotel, 7 separate chalets and various staff accommodation units. In 2011, Anna joined Farrar and Co as a Lettings Negotiator, where they did 76 deals (24 over the target they were set to achieve). Anna was later promoted to Lettings Coordinator, where their duties included meeting and greeting clients, producing and sending out Tenancy Agreements and all paperwork relating to a Tenancy, designing and organizing the production of the Marketing flyers for Let properties, formatting property details for website design, and acting as the PA for the 3 Lettings Negotiators and the Lettings Director. In 2014, Anna worked as the Arrivals and Departures Manager for Athlete Village (Contract) for Glasgow 2014 Limited, where they were responsible for planning, development and implementation of an Arrivals & Departures system and process for Games Family participants. In 2015, Anna joined Boat International Media as an Event Coordinator, working with the Event Manager to deliver large scale luxury sailing events for the wealthiest 1% of the population. In 2016, Anna worked as a Communications Manager (Contract) for Lloyds Banking Group, where they managed the communications delivery for “Values in Action” initiative to c. 3,500 colleagues in the Finance team. In 2018, Anna joined AGENDA DESIGN as a Studio Manager. Finally, Anna is currently working as the Chief Of Staff for The Little Car Company, where they are playing a strategic role in the company as confidante and right hand for the CEO, building and developing relationships across the company, and defining new operational strategies with the CEO and Directors on both special projects and company wide initiatives.

Anna Castledine's education history began in 1998 when they attended St Swithuns School, Winchester. Anna then attended Oxford Brookes University from 2005 to 2006, where they earned an English Literature degree in English Literature and Publishing. In 2006, Anna Castledine attended Oxford Media & Business School and earned a Certificate of Higher Education in English Literature and Publishing.
