Jothan Webb has over 10 years of work experience in the finance industry. Jothan started their career in 2009 as an Options Trader at Cantor Fitzgerald. In 2010, they moved to Peel Hunt to become an ETF Trader. In 2012, they founded and served as the CEO of GraduRates, a peer-to-peer lending platform providing financing for postgraduate study. GraduRates was acquired by RateSetter in 2016. That same year, they also served as Director of Strategic Projects at Oxford Seed Fund. In 2017, they became an MBA Associate at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Investment Professional at ACE & Company and Albany Investment Limited. Jothan currently serves as the Finance Director at The Little Car Company.
Jothan Webb has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a M.A. Hons in Economics from University of St Andrews (2004-2008), and a Diploma in C++ for financial engineers from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Jothan also holds certifications from CIMA (Fellow, FCMA, 2022), University of Oxford - Said Business School (Certification in financial modelling and valuation, 2017), Wall Street Prep (Certification in Financial & Valuation Modeling, 2016), CISI (Certificate in Financial Derivatives, 2010), CIMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant, CGMA), and Society Of Technical Analysts Limited (Diploma in Technical Analysis, MSTA).
