Roderick Benoist

Roderick Benoist has over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. Roderick began their career in 1985 as a Projects Manager/Team Leader at TWR Group Ltd, where they controlled and coordinated teams constructing prototype race or road vehicles, planned development and build schedules, and provided customer support. From 1996 to 1999, they were a Team Manager at Arrows GP. Roderick then worked as a Technical Coordinator/Procurement/Sales at A1 GP from 2005 to 2006. From 2000 to 2011, they worked as a Project Consultant/Manager and Team Manager at various companies, and from 2006 to 2021 they were a Project Manager at Visioneering and a Programme Manager at WAE. Roderick currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at The Little Car Company since 2022.

Roderick Benoist attended Oxford College of FE, where they obtained an OND in Engineering Technology.
