Regina Donovan

Regina Donovan is a Senior Toy Designer at Little Tikes since September 2014, specializing in product design and development across various categories, including infant and preschool toys, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative products that emphasize quality and play value. Regina has garnered extensive experience as a Freelance Toy Designer from March 2012 to September 2014, focusing on soft/plush toy concepts, and previously worked as an Industrial Designer at Infantino and Newell Brands, designing infant toys and hair accessories respectively. Regina's career also includes roles at The Little Tikes Company, Continuum, Fisher-Price, Thomson Consumer Electronics, and Intermetro Industries, where a diverse range of design projects were undertaken. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati and has pursued additional certifications in early childhood development and creative courses.
