Starting in 1993, they worked as a CAD Draftsman at Access Industries, where they developed handicapped accessible stair lifts and carrier products. Brian also worked on developing new prototypes for the industry.

Brian's last known position at Livers Bronze Co. was as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 14 employees within the Materials Scheduling Team and engineering department. Brian developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures to ensure smooth job flow. Brian led the engineering group in custom design meetings and worked with operations and materials to achieve lean manufacturing processes.

Brian Shuler attended the University of Central Missouri from 1989 to 1993. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Drafting and Design Technology and an Associate's Degree in Architecture. In September 1992, Brian also obtained a certification from the American Design Drafting Association - Student Chapter.
