As Regional Director for the Alzheimer's Association California Southland from April 2017 to December 2022, Cortney led staff and regional operations, focusing on program management and advocacy. Previous positions also include Director of State Development for Best Buddies International, Executive Director for the Arthritis Foundation, and Corporate Event Director for the American Heart Association. Educational background involves studies at West Valley College and San Jose State University.
