Caroline Hagan-Smith is an experienced Family Services Coordinator currently at Infinite Legacy since January 2023, following the merger of The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland and Washington Regional Transplant Community. In their role at Infinite Legacy, Caroline Hagan-Smith serves the areas of Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC. Prior to this, Caroline Hagan-Smith held various positions at The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland from March 2019, including Family Services Coordinator, AfterCare Associate, and Family Service Department Assistant. Earlier experience includes serving as Advocate Supervisor at Casa Of Baltimore City, where Caroline Hagan-Smith worked with volunteers to support children in the Baltimore City foster care system. Caroline Hagan-Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from Towson University between 2016 and 2018.
