Ashley Martin

Ashley Martin is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Group Human Resources Manager for The Liz McGrath Collection since May 2023. Previous roles include Regional Human Resources Manager for ONOMO Hotels, where responsibilities encompassed leading HR practices for the SAHR Region, and Human Resources Manager at Ellerman House, managing all HR functions including recruitment and recordkeeping. Ashley also held positions at Spier as Assistant HR Manager and Human Resource Assistant, Radisson Blu as Human Resource Officer, and began a career as an Office Assistant at Rowlands Pearce Western Cape. Education includes an Advanced Certificate in Labour Dispute Resolution and a B.A. in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
