Alexandra H. has a diverse work background that spans various industries. Alexandra began their career as a Communications Intern at Shake in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Research Analyst at Whitebeam Capital, where they gained knowledge in bonds, leveraged loans, CDS, Interest Rate Swaps, and Equities. Alexandra then joined L'Oreal in 2008 as a Business Forecasting Analyst and created SQL programs for sales and forecasting analysis. In 2009, they worked as a Renewable Energy Policy and Strategy Analyst at Sustena Partners, where they designed strategies for sustainable emission reduction and energy usage. Alexandra then moved to Greentech Capital Advisors in 2010 and served as an Operations and Investment Analyst, overseeing CRM implementation and creating pitch materials. Alexandra joined Rex Properties in 2011 as VP of Operations, where they managed project schedules and liaised with third parties. In 2012, Alexandra founded The Local Foreigner, a travel planning company focused on personalized and authentic experiences. Throughout their career, they have displayed a strong ability to analyze and strategize, as well as a passion for sustainability and innovation.

Alexandra H. completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2004, they enrolled at New York University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a focus on Pre-Business and Italian. Alexandra successfully completed this program in 2008. Subsequently, in 2008, Alexandra went on to study at Sciences Po, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Economic Development, specializing in the field of Economic Development. After completing their degree at Sciences Po in 2009, Alexandra pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Economic History. Their field of study during this program was Economic History.
