Adam Silberstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilitation, coaching, and investment consulting. Currently serving as a YPO Certified Forum Facilitator since October 2022, Adam co-founded The Local Leaders Collective in October 2019 and holds the position of Partner at OnCourse International, LLC, where responsibilities have included being a Professional Facilitator and Executive Coach since January 2012. Prior to these roles, Adam worked as an Investment Consultant at Robinson Investments from May 2006 to March 2016. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a BBA in Finance and Business Law from the University of Miami.
