Amy Palmer

Amy Palmer is an accomplished reporter with experience at Ipswich Local News since June 2022, where duties include writing diverse articles, pitching stories, conducting interviews with community leaders, and assisting in photography. Previously, Amy held roles at The Heights, Inc., first as an Associate News Editor from November 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included writing and editing articles, conducting interviews, and collaborating with various editorial teams, and later as a Freelance Writer and Copy Editor from June 2023 to November 2023, focusing on editing for AP Style and coordinating with other editors. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Boston College, Amy also possesses a high school diploma from Lexington Christian Academy.
