Kiran Naiyeam Ms, Mph

Kiran Naiyeam, MS, MPH, has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. They are currently working as a Senior Associate Scientific Director at Lockwood since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Climate Reality Leader at The Climate Reality Project starting from March 2019.

In 2019, Kiran also started working at Evolution Health Group, LLC, initially as an Associate Medical Writer and then later as a Medical Writer until November 2021. They were responsible for writing medical content. From September 2017 to April 2021, they worked at Ezra Cholim Health Center as a Public Health Specialist/RDH.

Kiran briefly served as a School Partnership Coordinator at Smile New York Outreach from October to December 2019. They also gained experience as an Environmental Health Specialist intern at the Westchester County Health Department from September 2015 to June 2016, where they worked on safety compliance and risk assessments.

Additionally, Kiran worked as a Research Assistant at New York Medical College from August 2015 to June 2016. In this role, they conducted clinical trials, studied oxidative stress mechanisms, and published several peer-reviewed journal articles on topics related to periodontitis, lead toxicity, and skin toxicity.

Kiran Naiyeam pursued a Masters in Public Health with a specialization in Environmental Health Sciences from New York Medical College, completing the program between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Services Administration from City Tech, CUNY. Kiran also holds an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the same institution.
