Krista Spears

Krista Spears has extensive work experience in the advertising and pharmaceutical industries.

Starting in 2003, Krista worked as a Project Specialist at Discovery Chicago until 2006. Krista then joined Pfizer as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from 2006 to 2007. Following that, they worked at Ascend Therapeutics as a Specialty Healthcare Representative in 2007 and 2008.

In 2009, Krista began their career at Lockwood as a Project Manager. Krista was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2011 and then transitioned to the role of Account Director in 2013. Krista further progressed to the position of Senior Account Director in 2015 and later became a VP and Group Account Director in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of SVP and Group Account Director at Lockwood.
