Joanne Elaine Rizos has extensive experience in administration, media and marketing, and event coordination, currently working at The Lodge since 2005 and as an independent contractor since April 2002. Rizos served as the Administration and Event Coordinator at Longhorn Icehouse from December 2019 to December 2023, overseeing events at a popular D/FW sports bar and venue, and spent 15 years as the General Manager and Catering Manager at Stratos Greek Taverna. Previous roles include a Sales Associate/Printer at Crane & Company, known for fine stationery, and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Marj's Stationers and Fabsco, Incorporated. Rizos pursued education at multiple institutions, including Richland Community College and Southern Methodist University, focusing on business and languages.

Paying homage to the studios of the past, The Lodge is one of New York’s most sought after mastering studios; catering to artists that seek a creative and more personalized approach to mastering. The Lodge is equipped with a slew of vintage outboard gear and has attracted a wide spectrum of artists, including: David Bowie, Sia, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Beck, Lou Reed, The Shins, Vampire Weekend,The Walkmen, Morrissey, The Prodigy, Depeche Mode, Vanessa Carlton, Tiësto and Garbage.
