Paul Ness is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Development for Decision Support Systems at Sabre Corporation since June 2013, Paul oversees a Business Intelligence team focused on reporting for clients in the aviation and corporate sectors, utilizing agile methodologies. Additionally, since January 2009, Paul has held the position of Board Chairman for Battle Lake School District and is the Owner/Operator of The Lodge on Otter Tail Lake since October 1999. Previous roles include Consultant Project Manager at Otter Tail Power Company, where Paul managed an upgrade to Oracle Financial, and consultant work at VIP, primarily in Data Warehouse Consulting. Paul’s foundational expertise in data architecture was developed at ATK from 2008 to 2009. Paul holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from The College of St. Scholastica, earned in 1991.

Founded in 1997 by Mastering Engineer Emily Lazar; The Lodge is a state-of-the-art mastering and specialized mixing facility located in the heart of Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. Paying homage to the studios of the past, The Lodge is one of New York’s most sought after mastering studios; catering to artists that seek a creative and more personalized approach to mastering. The Lodge is equipped with a slew of vintage outboard gear and has attracted a wide spectrum of artists, including: David Bowie, Sia, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Beck, Lou Reed, The Shins, Vampire Weekend,The Walkmen, Morrissey, The Prodigy, Depeche Mode, Vanessa Carlton, Tiësto and Garbage.
