Mathias Peter is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in hospitality and real estate. Currently serving as a Dining Room Coordinator at The Lodge at Woodloch since May 2023, Mathias has prior experience as a Real Estate Agent at Stepping Stone Realty LLC and Century 21® from 2020 to 2023. Mathias also owned and operated La Tarte Flambee, a restaurant in Manhattan, from 2012 to 2020, where responsibilities included creating and organizing the establishment. Earlier experience includes serving as Restaurant Manager at Petite Abeille and Branch Manager at Lidl France, overseeing operations, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from MBS School of Business and a baccalaureat from College St Etienne.
