Renee Buchheit has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as Dining Room Manager at The Lodge at Woodloch since August 2020, after previously holding the position of Assistant Dining Room Manager at the same establishment. In addition to this role, Renee has been an Intern at Crews Nest since May 2017 and a Student Manager at Mercyhurst University Cafe Diem since 2015, where responsibilities include inventory management, employee training, and daily financial oversight for a 40-member staff. Prior experience also includes serving as Restaurant Supervisor at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort from May 2019 to August 2020, and as a Crew Member at Hoss's Steak & Sea House from 2014 to May 2019. Additionally, Renee gained culinary experience as an Intern at Omni Hotels & Resorts in mid-2018. Renee holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Mercyhurst University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
