Cristina Oxtra

Cristina Oxtra is a skilled Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Public Affairs Coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs. Cristina has experience as a Teaching Artist at The Loft Literary Center, an Author at Capstone Publishers, and a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Communications Manager at UnitedHealth Group. Their previous roles include serving as an AVID District Director and Equity Specialist at Shakopee School District, Communications Coordinator at Shakopee ISD#720, and various positions in public affairs with the U.S. Air Force Reserve and U.S. Air Force. Cristina holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing for Children and Young Adults from Hamline University.
