Sim Cotton is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The London Beer Factory. Sim has over 8 years of experience in the industry and has been with The London Beer Factory for over 8 months. Prior to their current position, Sim worked as a Finance Analyst at UBS Investment Bank for 3 years and 6 months and as a Sales Assistant at Majestic Wine for 8 months.

Sim Cotton has a certificate in Practical Brewing from Brewlab, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Durham, and education from Millfield School.

Sim Cotton is the co-founder and managing director of a medium sized team. The team consists of a sales manager, packaging manager, marketing and events manager, senior brewer, general manager, and director.
