Anu Vishwas Sarkar

Anu Vishwas Sarkar is an experienced professional in leadership strategy, talent development, and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), Anu has held significant roles at Deutsche Bank, including Director - Global Head of Leadership Strategy and Development and Director - Global Head of Talent and D&I programmes. Previous positions include Director - Senior Organization Design Specialist at Deutsche Bank, Assistant Vice President for Management and Leadership Development at HSBC, and Executive HR and Training at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Anu holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, UK, and a Certificate Course in Counselling from Head to Heart, India.
