Kim Flanagan

Kim Flanagan is the Chief Operating Officer of New Age HSE Services a respected management consulting company. He is also a Non-Executive Director for AGECOM Enterprises Limited (Bendigo Community Bank), Chair of their People, Performance, Governance and Risk Committee and a Non-Executive Director of Alexandra District Health Service.

Kim has worked in both Federal and State Government Business Enterprises and departments such as the Department of Health and Human Services and the Westgate Tunnel Authority. He has also been an Executive in the private sector with companies such as BHP, Finemore Holdings Limited, the Ford Motor Company of Australia, UGL Limited and NBN Co.

Kim has a bachelor’s degree in social science majoring in Physiology and Sociology as well as a Diploma of Business Management. He is trained in Six Sigma and Lean philosophy, Six Sigma Project Champion and is an accredited Exemplar Global Master Auditor. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the International Safety, Quality & Environment Management Association.
