Tracy Bragg

Tracy Bragg is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at The Lottery Corporation since June 2022, Tracy previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel for Lotteries & Keno at Tabcorp from February 2019 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at Severn Trent, where Tracy partnered with multiple departments and contributed to the integration following the acquisition of Dee Valley Group PLC. As Head of Legal & Regulation at Dee Valley Water plc, Tracy managed increasing regulatory demands and served as Company Secretary during the company's takeover by Severn Trent. Additional roles include General Counsel and Company Secretary at Carbon Energy and Contracts Director at TRILITY. Tracy's educational background includes degrees in law and corporate governance from the University of Adelaide and the Governance Institute of Australia.
