Carly O'Connor Kawaja

Carly O'Connor Kawaja serves as the Chief People Officer at Lovesac since July 2023 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Beyond Differences since June 2021, where the focus is on empowering students to combat social isolation. Prior to this, Carly O'Connor Kawaja held various leadership roles at Gap Inc., including Head of People + Culture at Athleta from April 2019 to July 2023 and multiple senior human resources positions at Old Navy from 2010 to 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of People + Culture at Stitch Fix and roles in human resources at Gap Inc. and Banana Republic. Carly O'Connor Kawaja holds a B.A. in History and Markets and Management from Duke University, completed in 2006.
