Jorge Mejia

Jorge Mejia is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and auditing. Currently serving as a Senior Lease Accountant at Lovesac since November 2022, Jorge previously held the position of Senior Corporate Accounting Analyst at Groupon from November 2020 to October 2022. Prior to that, Jorge worked at KPMG in various roles, including Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate from September 2017 to October 2020, as well as an Audit Intern in the summer of 2016. Jorge's early experience includes a Corporate Accounting Intern role at LivCor, LLC, where responsibilities involved chart of accounts mapping for REITs, and provides a foundational understanding of real estate asset management. Jorge holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from DePaul University, obtained in 2017.
