Lauren Pham

Lauren Pham, MBA, CPA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Lease Accounting at Lovesac since March 2024. Previously, Lauren held the role of Financial Accounting Senior Manager at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. from June 2017 to March 2024, and also served as Financial Accounting Manager at the same company. Earlier experience includes working as an Assurance - Audit Senior at EY from July 2014 to June 2017, and owning Iridescent Dreams Glass Art, managing accounting records and manufacturing glass jewelry from 2004 to July 2014. Lauren's foundation in leadership began as a Resident Advisor at Campus Village from May 2003 to May 2004 and as a Discussion Leader for University Studies from August 2002 to May 2003. Academic credentials include an MBA in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton and a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
