Lorne Forcum

Lorne Forcum serves as the VP of Finance at The Loyalist, an operations and technology platform focused on empowering creators, celebrities, and media companies to develop enduring commerce businesses, a role held since March 2019. Previously, Lorne was the Director of Finance and Operations at Hillflint Inc., a high-end licensed sports apparel brand acquired by The Loyalist in 2019, and served as the VP of Finance and Operations before that. Earlier experience includes working as an Analyst in M&A Investment Banking at Lazard, where Lorne provided advisory services on strategic and M&A alternatives, with a focus on cleantech, energy, and infrastructure. Lorne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
