Russ Coddington is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the toy and consumer products industry. Currently retired from Russ Coddington Unlimited since September 2018, Coddington serves as SVP Creative at CCA&B, LLC dba The Elf on the Shelf, where leadership of Marketing, Digital, Art, Packaging, and Product Development teams occurs. Previous roles include VP positions at Kids II, focusing on Infant Toy Division and International Business Development and Marketing. From October 1996 to October 2011, Coddington held various senior marketing titles at Fisher-Price, including VP of Marketing, where supervision of multiple product categories was key. Coddington also contributed to Hedstrom Corporation as Sr. Marketing Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cleveland State University and studies at Columbus College of Art & Design.
