Martin has over 24 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He primarily specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation in the office and industrial flex market for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. Martin has been involved in over six million square feet totaling more than $350M of brokerage transactions. Martin joined the Company in 1996 as a Property Manager. In the year 2000, he was promoted to Division Manager of the Company’s office building portfolio and soon after was promoted to Director of Commercial Property Management. In 2004, Martin was promoted to Vice President – Director of Commercial Property Management, where he was responsible for maintaining a portfolio consisting of four million square feet of commercial office, retail and industrial space. In 2012, Martin transferred to the commercial brokerage division as Vice President, Office Specialist. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Martin was a Senior Project Manager for Clairmont Engineering, a subsidiary of Asbestos Management, Inc.
