Meredith Taylor

As an Accounting Manager for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Meredith oversees the direct management of the Residential Staff Accountants as well as being the accounting lead for residential property transitions. In addition, Meredith is responsible for financial statement reviews, variance explanations, budget/forecasting preparation, cash flow management, income and expense reconciliation, lease administration, and providing financial data for the Residential and Commercial Property Management teams. Meredith joined the Company in 2011 as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2014.
