Faisal Jawaid, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at The Lustgarten Foundation since February 2022. Prior roles include Controller at Achievement First from January 2021 to February 2022 and at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions from July 2018 to January 2021. Faisal has extensive auditing experience as a Senior Auditor at BDO USA from February 2011 to July 2018, overseeing engagements focused on Insurance, Hospitals, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit, Pension, and A-133 compliance audits, along with producing audited consolidated financial statements. Previously, Faisal worked as a Senior Auditor at Loeb & Troper from 2008 to 2011, specializing in similar areas. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College (2006-2007) and prior studies at the University at Buffalo (2003-2006) and Brooklyn Tech (1999-2003).

We are dedicated to funding scientific and clinical research related to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of pancreatic cancer. In addition, we provide research information and clinical support services to patients, caregivers and individuals at high risk and increase public awareness and hope for those dealing with this disease.
