Ray Mirly

Ray Mirly has extensive experience in ecclesiastical supervision, serving as President of The LCMS since March 2006. Prior to this, Ray was the Senior Pastor at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Olivette, MO from August 1980 to March 2006. Ray has also served at Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Charles, MO. Ray obtained a Master of Arts in Religion from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO in 1978 and a Bachelor of Science in U.S. History with a minor in Physical Education from Concordia University in Nebraska in 1966.
