Darmaswari has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Training Food & Beverages Department at Harris Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta. In 2013, they worked as a Waitress Daily Worker at the same company. In 2014, they worked as a Waitress Daily Worker at Ibis Styles Bali Kuta Circle and Four Season Services. Darmaswari also worked as a Training Food & Beverages Department at Hotel Melia Bali, Bali in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Front Desk Agent, Telephone Operator, Human Resources Administrator and Officer, and Guest Service Agent at Harris Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta. Since 2021, they have been working as an Assistant Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Executive at The Luxe Nomad.

Darmaswari began their educational journey in 2011 when they graduated from SMK PGRI 3 DENPASAR with a degree in Tata Hidangan. Darmaswari then continued their studies at SPB STPBI The Bali Hotel School, where they earned a Diploma 1 in Food & Beverages Service in 2015.
