Monika Nagpal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People and Culture Manager for Compensation & Performance Management at The Luxury Closet since May 2025. Monika holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
