Ana Laura Xavier serves as the Global DevOps Services Manager and Global Data & Systems Optimization Leader at The LYCRA Company since February 2019. In this role, Ana Laura leads the Advanced Analytics & Knowledge Systems Program, focusing on enhancing organizational data literacy and establishing a cloud-based global data infrastructure. Prior to this, Ana Laura held various positions at INVISTA from January 2005 to January 2019, including Operations Excellence Manager, Optimizer, North America Spandex Supply Chain Planner, and Beaming Area Leader & Process Engineer. Ana Laura holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, Graduate Studies in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
