Stephen McCormick

Stephen McCormick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Stephen currently holds the position of Director, Global Operations Excellence at The LYCRA Company since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Transformation Leader at the same company from May 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining The LYCRA Company, Stephen served as the Group Head Digital at Indorama Ventures PCL from November 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at The LYCRA Company, including Global Operations Program Management from January 2019 to October 2020, and Global Operations Digital Transformation Lead from March 2018 to October 2020.

Stephen also has a significant tenure at INVISTA, where they held roles such as Maintenance & Reliability Manager, Strategic Program Manager from September 2016 to March 2018, Strategic Program Manager from September 2014 to March 2018, Global Control & E&I Reliability Consultant from September 2010 to September 2014, Energy Optimization Program Manager from September 2007 to September 2010, and E&I Reliability & Control Engineer from September 2004 to September 2007.

Before their time at INVISTA, Stephen worked as a Technical Engineer at DuPont from September 2003 to September 2004, and as a Test Development Engineer at Nortel Networks from September 1998 to June 2002.

Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in operations excellence, digital transformation, program management, maintenance and reliability, and control systems.

From 1998 to 2003, Stephen McCormick attended Queen's University Belfast, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
