Prior to these roles, Bill held the position of Superintendent at Balfour Beatty Construction US from March 2013 to July 2016, where notable projects included renovations at the Westin Sundial and the C3 Academic Building at Georgia Gwinnett College. Bill also contributed as Superintendent at DPR Construction, Inc. from September 2007 to March 2013, managing significant projects such as the $52M Clemson Life Science Building. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at Donny Brook Homes and Top South, focusing on residential and commercial developments, alongside a foundational role as a Super at Johansen Home Improvements. Bill holds a B.S. in Business & Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned between 1993 and 1999.
