Jay F Hicks is a seasoned professional in digital strategy and content development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and Content for the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. Since December 2019, Jay F Hicks has also acted as Chief Strategist for Jay F. Hicks, Inc. Additionally, Jay F Hicks hosts the Sports Creatives Podcast and co-founded Raffinité Interactive Web, a company dedicated to online brand development and community building. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Digital Strategy & Content Development for Baylor Athletics, Director of New Media at KWTX-TV, and Founder & Program Director of the Minneapolis Midnight Golf PGA Program. Educational credentials include a BBA in Management and Finance from Baylor University and a Web Design Degree from Texas State Technical College.
