Andy Nugent

Andy Nugent is an experienced software engineer and director with a diverse background in mobile and medical device development. Currently serving as Director at Above Mobile Ltd since November 2007, Andy has been instrumental in creating mobile software for both consumers and business clients. Additionally, Andy has held positions as a Software Engineer at Monitra and Magstim, focusing on medical applications and web-based patient management systems. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at High Voltage Partial Discharge, Ltd., where Andy enhanced JavaFX applications, and as Product Owner/Lead Developer at PassWallet, where Andy contributed to a mobile ticketing application compatible with Apple's passbook file format. Andy's technical expertise spans various programming languages and technologies, including C#, Java, and REST architecture. Andy holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
