Lawrence Liu Meng Fah

Dato’ Lawrence Liu hails from Batu Pahat, Johor. He has been living in Hong Kong since 1985, where he arrived looking to jumpstart his career as a newly minted accountant from London, UK. He has held key positions in several large companies, initially starting out as a CFO from which he transitioned into a general manager before ultimately becoming an entrepreneur and starting his own business.

Lawrence is the Director of Galaila International Co. Ltd., a company which exports leather and frozen beef from South American to China. He is also the Operator of Sunway Pyramid’s Digital Centre, a collection of retail outlets specializing in mobile devices and computing products.

Lawrence is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In addition, he holds a Joint Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST as well as a Master of Science degree in eCommerce Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).

Lawrence is married with two sons. His wife is a practicing solicitor operating under the name Kong & Tang Solicitors and a China-Appointed Attesting Officer.
