Camay Tan

Camay Tan has over 20 years of work experience in various financial and consulting roles. Camay was the Chief Financial Officer/Controller at the Malden YMCA and provided management consulting and capacity building services as a Consultant at ESC of New England. Camay also served as a Lecturer at Northeastern University.

In their previous roles, Camay worked as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at John Hancock Life Insurance Company, a Financial Specialist at State Street Corporation, and a Financial Reporting Manager at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Camay also worked as a Budget and Cost Accounting Consultant at John Hancock Financial Services and as an Accounting Manager at G C Companies, Inc. (formerly General Cinema).

Camay began their career as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen LLP, where they gained experience in client service, engagement planning, and budgeting. Camay has worked with a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, public utilities, not-for-profit, and mutual funds.

Camay Tan attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. Additionally, Camay has acquired several certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the state of Massachusetts, and membership in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
