Alex McNeill

Alex McNeill is a seasoned leader in LGBTQIA+ advocacy and church inclusion, currently serving as a Partner at The Management Center since January 2022. Previously, McNeill held the position of Executive Director at More Light Presbyterians from August 2013 to November 2021, working to foster a fully inclusive Presbyterian Church, USA. McNeill's experience includes producing the documentary "Out of Order," which highlights LGBTQIA+ ministry within the church, and leading inclusive church trainings with the Institute for Welcoming Resources. Additional roles include Director of Communications and Development at Equality Maryland, and Director of Development at the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice. McNeill is an alumnus of Harvard Divinity School, holding a Masters of Divinity, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies was earned.
