Monna W.

Monna W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. In 2010, Monna worked as a Field Organizer for One Bowling Green and later as a Fellow for the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force. In 2011, they became a Field Organizer for Equality Maryland and joined the Board of the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance. Monna then worked as a Regional Field Director for Mainers United for Marriage in 2012, and later became the Executive Director for API Equality - Northern California in 2013. They served as a Consultant for FairVote Maine from 2015 to 2016 and as a Consultant for The Posse Foundation from 2014 to 2017. From 2016 to 2018, Monna worked as a Coordinator for Asian Americans for Civil Rights and Equality. In 2018, they joined The Management Center, initially as Vice President of Special Projects, then as Partner of Special Projects, and currently as Chief Content Officer.

Monna W. attended Macalester College from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies.
