Valerie Jiggetts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Valerie currently works as the Director of Client Support at The Management Center since August 2022. Valerie Jiggetts completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008 at Spelman College. Valerie then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 2012 and 2015, specializing in Student Development & Social Justice Education.

In addition to their academic achievements, Valerie Jiggetts has also obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed the "Managing and Working with a Technical Team for Nontechnical Professionals" certification from LinkedIn. In May 2021, they obtained the "Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
