Kelly Perez

Kelly Perez, PHR has an extensive work experience in human resources and office management roles. Kelly currently serves as a Regional Human Resources Manager at The Management Trust since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Tru HR Solutions from April 2021 to January 2022. From June 2020 to September 2021, they were the Human Resources and Payroll Manager at Discovery Land Company. Before that, they worked as an Office Manager/HR Manager at Reliance Hospice from March 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Sodexo from April 2016 to April 2017. Kelly has further experience as an Executive Assistant to Head of School/Office Manager at All Saints' Episcopal Day School from July 2009 to April 2016 and as the Director of HR & Business Services at Front Porch from March 2005 to January 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Front Office Services at Hotel Oceana Santa Barbara from April 2003 to March 2005 and at Doubletree Hotel Pasadena from November 1999 to December 2002.

Kelly Perez, PHR has a strong educational background in the field of Hotel & Restaurant Management. Kelly initially attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1988 to 1991. Kelly then transferred to Northern Arizona University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from 1991 to 1993.
